Job description
Our client is currently designing a Floating Offshore Buoy, they are looking for somebody to come in and project manage the discipline engineers, help on the Concept/Design and manage the build all the way through to the point of installation and operations.
Requirements:
•Experience from Concept/FEED stage, Detailed Design etc, the installation is not as important but if
they have had experience through the fabrication stage this would be ideal.
•Experience with Floating Structures, could be FPSO's or Buoys
•Exposure to managing budgets, liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Work conditions:
SSG are looking to hire a Project Manager to work in either Aberdeen or UAE for a major Oil and Gas client of ours.
Salary – Negotiable.
Can be Hybrid working
Responsibilities:
•Responsible for ensuring team training is up to date and project team are competent to carry out assigned work
•Support engineering department
•Direct responsibility for Engineering Service framework
•Project-based management of resources
•Maintaining and adherence to client’s procedures and processes
